Chuck, thanks very much for conducting this inspection and thanks for sending us these pictures.  Unfortunately we have decided not to pursue this venture - we contacted three different roofing companies (by luck, I found the original roofer!!) and we have decided we just can't do it at this time.  By the way, estimates from those companies were $5.00 - $6.00 a square foot and estimates ranged from 25,000 to 35,000.  We are so, so pleased that we went ahead with the home inspection.  Your work is outstanding!!! Chuck- Got your card in the mail yesterday.  Yes, I did get the pictures, and I forwarded them to my oldest son to put on a disc. for future use.

We appreciate your thoroughness in the job you did, and thank you very much.  We waived the conditions on the house and it is now sold.  I am sure hoping all goes well with it for a while as it will take Steve a bit of time to get used to the new commitments involved in owning an older home.

 I wish to thank-you for your news letters for they are very informative and I do learn quite a lot.  Also the binder of information has come in handy on several occasions .

Recently I have been taking estimates for Central air and because of your information I was able to enter into discussions with some knowledge. This worked out very well for me.

Also because of your home inspection things are getting done. Not all form the builder, as promised by him, but by Tarion.  I appreciate very much all that you have done to put my mind at ease.
